Well, thanks for the help. But I reinstalled the game and its fixed. No clue why. I did notice that the cpu usage is now 20% lower (60% when I had the problem) and gpu usage is now like 50% lower (used to be like 95% when I had the problem). I think that was the issue but I have no clue why and how.
