Well I purchased a CORSAIR CX series CX600 600W 80 PLUS BRONZE and no scratching noises(*I WAS CORRECT IT WAS MY PSU,and i will need to constantly use my computer to see if the computer will randomly shutdown on me) *Update I no longer have random shutdowns with my new psu
