    Your system should run perfectly. The GTX 970 only needs about 500 watts. So you're golden.

    Yes. You can always move your storage devices. You obviously have to reconnect it. I have one question, what case do you have? Also, do you have a decent power supply?

    Yes, it should definitely fit. The Cooler Master TC 102 fits graphics cards up to 347mm. The MSi Radeon R5450 is only 167.5mm. So you should have no clearance issues. Enjoy!
