No its not the wire

I bought a new cpu heatsink 2 month ago and installed it , just opened up my case to clean my pc from dust. I noticed one of 4 heatsink pins is not locked but its put correctly in its place and the heatsink doesnt wiggle or somthing. I also tested with a stress test if the cpu gets overheated...

No cables are dangling around in my case every cable is tied and hidden behind the MoBo.. I'll try the screwdriver trick next weekend hoping its not the PSU
