Welp, I've tried my absolute hardest to fix this issue and I for the life of me cannot fix it. I've RMA'ed my power supply 3 times, switched graphics cards and even changed my surge protector... and each and every damned time there's this annoying coil whine that happens during games. Any idea's...

I have been having this problem where my I'm playing games while on a skype call with my buddy and whatever game I'm playing, doesn't matter what it is, just shoots my games down to 5-10 fps... this happens with all games within 45 minutes and ONLY happens during a skype call. Any ideas what it...

I did and it seems to remove the stuttering in some areas but not the god awful FPS issue. :/

I'll keep the OS on my SSD thanks. :P After having such fast bootup times for so long it would just be dreadfully painful to go back to HDD boot times.

Yes, all my temps are fine and so is my CPU. No other game has low FPS (Smite, Battlefield 3, Crysis, Far Cry 3 ect) All these games are just fine when it comes to FPS and I can play them for hours on end with no drop in frames.
