Review MSI Spatium M470 SSD Review: Ready for Play

You should have mentioned the $65-$75 deal for the 1TB M470 during Black Friday, on Newegg. I get that deals/one-off prices aren't meant to be part of reviews (obviously) but that was widely considered to be the best Black Friday deal in the PC space this year, it was incredibly popular, etc etc.

News Chip Shortage Leads to $123,000 CPU Smuggling Bust in Hong Kong

This doesn't even seem real, at this point. Reminds me of the whole "300 Nvidia GPUS seized after speedboat chase" that happened a few months ago near Hong Kong, LOL

News Nintendo Announces OLED Switch, $349 in October

Meh, not a huge upgrade it seems. Kind of dissapointing. Sure, an OLED screen is great (and the option of a larger handheld screen), but there's not even a battery upgrade? Oh well. I guess Nintendo feels like they don't have any real pressure on them to make a "better" product as of right now...

News Nintendo Announces OLED Switch, $349 in October

*MSRP is $299.99, not $249. It says so right in the Nintendo article you linked, Toms.

News Windows 11's Blue Screen of Death Could Be Turning Black

Agreed. I would argue that the Windows 8/10/11 BSOD is actually better overall for the majority of users, because it tells the user basically all they need to know - their PC has run into a problem, so it needs to restart.

News Windows 11's Blue Screen of Death Could Be Turning Black

This is why it's more akin to 21H2 rather than a totally new OS.

News Windows 11's Blue Screen of Death Could Be Turning Black

My main PC is on the Beta Channel of the Insider program, and I get green BSODs, so I suppose that's still ongoing.

News Tom’s Hardware CES 2021 Awards: Hot New Hardware for the Year Ahead

Ummm, this is "Hot New Hardware of CES 2021". They are basically saying that they are really anticipating Ryzen 5000 mobile, and it looks like those are the most promising CPUs of CES 2021. By no means were they saying that it is the Best CPU of 2021.

News Intel Could Launch 500 Series Chipsets Before Rocket Lake Release

What if... this is their way of dominating the news/reviews sections of tech hardware sites like TH, until Rocket Lake launches?

News Intel Teases 5-bit PLC Flash, Introduces SSD 670p and Optane Memory H20

Honestly, my biggest question is more about whether it is a great value like its 660p and 665p predecessors.

News TMSC Is Reportedly Terminating Discounts and Increasing Prices

Yep. IIRC, back in the day (someone please correct me if I'm wrong), AMD tried their hand at owning their fabs and that was when they started spiralling downhill until recently, or something like that.

Review Apple MacBook Pro 13-inch (M1) Review: a Shot in the Arm

Sadly Apple has always done that kind of stuff in their Macs. 🤷‍♂️

News Cyberpunk 2077 Is Already Being Pirated

Yes. However, IIRC the issue with Flight Sim in particular (and I'm sure this happens with other games, too) is that you just download the launcher through Steam, then you install the game itself from the launcher. However, Steam considers the launcher to be the game, so people went out of their...

News Cyberpunk 2077 Is Already Being Pirated

Totally, but if it's truly DRM-free that means I should be able to launch it without Steam/EGS/x's application running. Which means that I can just give the game files away, basically.
