When I try to update BIOS a CMD opens and I have to run as admin. Afterwards it closes after like 0.5 seconds

I want to know if the MSI MS 7728 2.0 Mainboard actually is the problem for the compatibility issue for my gtx 1060 OC. It gets stuck in BIOS Splash Screen with that Medion Logo when I install the GPU and I want to know if I can fix this somehow.
