Double checked the CPU and it is indeed the 11700K not the KF, and the SSD part itself shouldn’t matter correct? It can still boot and work using an HDD as the main hard drive? Also, yes I made sure that it was on DP for the input. It keeps saying that there is a red light on the CPU light.

Ok yep I no crashes and it’s been about a week I think that’s the solution :) So happy that I finally got past this problem and it thanks to everyone who stayed along the way and joined later on it really helped thanks a bunch!

Ok so I don’t know if this is a permanent solution but I picked up a new motherboard a B350 Tomahawk by MSi and Fortnite has been going pretty well so far but I’ll keep testing and see if this continues.

At my nearest Best Buy they are selling Corsair ram but the model isn’t on the QVL but I’ll probably buy a stick to test and return it if it doesn’t work and do the same with the motherboard. I’ll see what I can do and get back when I figure something out

And I just bought a new stick of ram are u telling me that both of them are bad?

I just looked at the link you sent me and I didn’t see my ram type under the hyperx. Could this be the reason why it isn’t working?

What I find similar is that whenever I play Fortnite and I do the memtest it seems like the same thing happens like it glitches the mouse first but keeps it moving for a bit before completely freezing. I’m pretty sure it’s something to do with my ram at this point but I don’t know if it’s that...

I managed to survive 2 games and then it crashed again. Still have no clue what to do. I restarted and did memtest again and this time it crashed. It’s so annoying that I don’t understand what’s wrong with it

Ok I put both down to the lowest frequency which was 1866 MHz in slots 2 and 3 and they are working for now but I’m pretty sure if I tried again it’d crash. No clue what to do
