I have a Asrock G41M-VS3 motherboard and t'm trying to upgrade the ram now. However pc part picker compatibility doesn't have the only ram currently available in my country in it's database so I don't know if it will work. I'd like a second opinion...

The amd athlon 760k and Nvidia 750 ti combo seems to do great. Assuming you already have an os stored on a thumbdrive you can make a decent build around these two. Then later on when you have enough time and obviously money you can upgrade to am3+ setup.
