    I just orders a new CPU. It's bent on the CPU not the mobo. Could this cause he pc not to turn on or "post" as it's hard to tell if it is turning on without fans moving?

    Pc was running funny so I opend and looked and after noticing bent CPU pins I tried putting b back in and Now pc won't turn on at all. Could this be because of bent CPU pins? I also orderd new CPU if I try to install this will it harm the new CPU at all?
