i3 8300 Bottleneck Question

I have a 1080 turbo(asus edition)

how bad will the i3 8300 bottleneck it?

is it still playable?

will i still achive at last 60fps

Yes it will.

It will but you'll get Above 70 fps in all games around and with very high and ultra settings. I've seen videos about this build. It will bottleneck but it'll do very good. I saw battlefield 1 the fps with ultra settings were 115 fps around and I'm Witcher 3 it was above 70 fps.

Most games will be okay, some games will be CPU limited. For the most part it is okay. i3-8600 is basically an i5-7600. The four cores and four threads will limit multi-threaded games.

Yeah. That would be playable

Definitely playable. However I would expect drops under 60fps in cpu heavy games.
