I would not recommend the 1030 or the 1050....I would at least go for a 6GB 1060, a 1650 Super, a 1660 (Ti or Super if you can find it for a decent price), or a 2060. The 1050 is already 6 years old and overpriced for the power level that it is. The 1030 is considered to be on the extreme end...

Uhm I just had this same problem as well... I use Win8.1 and just did a fresh reinstall of everything, formatting of SSD and so on. Now I don't have the Realtek audio manager either even after installing the proper drivers from the Realtek website. I don't remember this being a problem...
