Found solution. Apparently Enhanced sync is giving a headache to most programs and crashes drivers/system. Oh well....

Got new cable, still get the same result. At this point i have no more ideas what it could be.

on HDMI i did not experience the video problem, changed ports for display port so far so good. update: display port still sucks. HDMI 60hz works

This would seem to be a problem of hardware acceleration. If the hardware acceleration fails to work properly. what is at fault? MOBO, GPU or CPU?

ye, i also just noticed that when i turn movie into full screen, my pc fereezes video for 10-30 second and then works properly, audio continues to play normally during that.

Reflashed bios to old one then again to new one. 2 minutes in Anthem game crashed....

For whatever its worth i recently chcecked with task manager what happens when the freeze occurs and my proc goes 100℅ then windows freeze but on the meantime i can use ts3 (speaking VoIP goes in and out properly.

nope, just some beta wich is 3 years in beta so probably abandoned long time ago. got new info. changed graphic card on the same model, luckily had 2 of the same. games stopped crashing but might be also from bios change when i switched gpu to other pcie slot. but atm i am back with the...
