Jumpstart mobo with no pins?

Do recently i spilled a Tiny drop od tea inside pc. Turned off etc. Got IT dryed. And now IT boots as IT please. I used the pwr pin method but IT no longer works. Now i just unplug psy wait pług in jumpstart PWR pin and wait IT might turn on after a while.

Aby suggestion how to force mobo to work? After IT launch i can freely use pc.

Ok now IT only starts when i use clr cmos pin. And wont do anything else than that
