It is an EVGA 650 GQ 80+ GOLD. I think the problem is in the Kingston A400 SSD. I found others with the same problem(after many months of researching, finally...). I have updated the firmware, and I will now test to see if the issue persists. I will get back in a day or two after testing. Thanks.
