I have a sabertooth 990fx r2.0, is it possible to set up a raid 1 for both my windows and my mac 3tb hard drives? If not, could I do it with smaller hard drives?

I ended up getting it to work, but I still have no idea what the problem was. I just took everything completely apart and put it back together, and it magically started up.
