I don’t believe there is any even remotely easy way to convert existing routers into a mesh network but I do believe there is a way to get your printer to connect with the entire local network rather than just that access point.

Honestly the 650w PSU that you have now should be plenty for your system. The only reason you might want to upgrade the psu is if you get a higher performance cpu (like the i7 9700k) as well as another graphics card such as a full size 2080 super.
