Thank you all for your help, but I think I have found the solution... Today I opened my PC's case, took out one of the (2x4GB Kingston) RAM sticks out and HURRAH my computer isn't rebooting, or crashing anymore.

I have the exact same mobo as you, although I have a different RAM I think I may have the solution to your problem. Just today I have tried removing one stick of (2x 4GB Kingston 1600mhz) RAM from the mobo and since then my computer is working fine.

I have noticed something that may be causing problems, the bios version on the mobo is f5 but the cpu default version is f7...Also, the mobo is meant to be f8/f7 but for some reason when I look at the boot log the bios version appears as f5.

UPDATE: Fixed this, found a solution on the forums. Its to do with a bios error, if you set-up bios warnings then for some unknown reason it starts beeping horribly, turn the warnings off and the beeping stops. My on board motherboard speaker started buzzing after I switched on my computer. However, I can still switch it on and it works fine. I am using linux suse 13.1. According to the error check the bios is broken, but this doesn't affect linux. How can I stop the buzzing sound? Thanks in advance
