Hi, Thanks for speedy reply, My device currently have 4 GB RAM installed and the laptop support upto 12 GB of memory . I didn't find any option to increase VRAM in BIOS.

After some digging i came across that the on boot it show 'USB device over current status detected' PC will shut down after 15 Second. Checked all USB port all are fine.
