    Apparently, I had an overclock set, and when I went to go into the bios and restore defaults, the temperature calmed down. Thanks everyone!

    Which temp is correct?

    The upper one's category is in the motherboard, and the lower one appears to be from the CPU itself. Which one is right? Using HWMonitor. The temp in the room as about 70-75 degrees F, so about 20C in that range. The air that is being pushed out of the case feels cooler then the air in the room.

    A while back I asked a question asking why my CPU is 50-60 degrees C when on idle and I even put new thermalpaste on and got a new heatsink, but nothing was working. Now I look in my bios and wow! 1.48V instead of 1.21V being delivered to it. Is this the reason why my CPU is overheating?

    AMD FX 8350 with CM Hyper 212 EVO 60% all the time, should I be worrying?

    It is 73 degrees Fahrenheit (about 23 c) in the room and my CM Hyper 212 EVO (cpu fan) is running at 1200RPM and keeping the CPU at 10c at full idle, and 15c under casual load.     CPU idle at 60 Celsius.

    The first two cores of my CPU are idling at 50, and the last two are idling at 60. The person I got the computer from built it 7~8 years ago, and neither of us have replaced the thermal paste. Should I replace the thermal paste? I currently have the "default" intel heatsink. Intel Q8200
