ISP modem is a router modem combo. I don't have any spare antenna of the modem. I can access the modem+router wifi and router wifi but there are times when after I Turn On my PC1, suddenly I will encounter the said topic problem.

sorry for the late reply, i searched about the psu, found out that its a generic xD, it says 580watt, 31A on 12volts, brand Power Choice, i can't find anything on its pcie so only considering my mobo and cpu, is r9 280 the best choice
