UPDATE: The motherboard cpu debug light is on. I pretty positive the cpu is working, but im not sure about the mb. Either the cpu is not working, or the mb is not working, but im not sure which.

Temps are about 60c on cpu during heavy load and about 50c for the gpu. I already mentioned the psu and what the monitor model in a above reply, and all fans are functioning.
