Just wanted follow up with this thread, after hours and hours of troubleshooting, I finally swapped out the Riser cable (the Fractal Node 202 is a form factor case) and it seems to be working now. I was using the riser card that originally came with the case.

No not yet, I'm trying to avoid that since it will take a long time to set everything back up. If its taking a long time to POST does that still have to do with the operating system?

I'll try to test it in another system today and see what happens. The odd thing is I've already returned two other cards that had the exact same issue (they were NVidea 3060s)... Kind of makes me feel like something is up with my existing configuration. I tried my best to clear the CMOS...

It takes a lot longer to POST and to boot into Windows (sometimes I don't get any signal at all). I've run DDU and removed all drivers already. I'm not able to game at all, as the computer in general runs slow when I eventually do boot into Windows.
