The new sticks without the old ram couldn't work above 2400 (If the XMP is activated the system would be unestable)
I used 1 new ram stick and OK, with XMP at 3200 perfect.
2 new ram sticks above 2400 were unstable. Sometimes I could enter to the BIOS, but generally the pc enter in an infinite...
Sorry I was confused, the model that I have is AX4U320038G16-A
I attached some images about the ram sticks. Thanks!

Is not on the QVL list :( / the model on the ram is: AX4U320038G16-B and on QLV list shows AX4U320038G16-A.
It's weird, because 1 module could work at 3200, I entered to windows and task manager showed 3200.
But I suppose if the model is not on the list, the pair of ram couldn't work stable...
Hi everyone, I bought a new pair of RAM, ADATA (8GBx2) (2666 / XMP 3200) (Model: XPG Z1 DDR4), the problem is the speed of the rams. They are working at 2400, above that the pc enter in an infinite reboot loop.
I tried with 1 stick first OK, second stick loop.
I update the BIOS, reset the cmos...
I updated the BIOS 4.10. The original problem is the same. I tried the same methods and nothing worked.
I use the ryzen memory calculator, write the same values, but same results. Anyway, Thanks
The web of As rock says in the last BIOS update: *ASRock do NOT recommend updating this BIOS if Pinnacle, Raven or Summit Ridge CPU is being used on your system.
The Ryzen 5 2600x is Pinnacle, I've doubts about update the system :/
:( Ok, I think the speed of 2933 or 3000 is ok, the ram is not on the motherboard QLV. It's weird, because I can enter to the BIOS with 1 stick and load the xmp profile of 3200 and it worked, but with 2 stick the pc couldn't enter to the BIOS (infinite loop). I'll try update the BIOS.
Thanks!!
Hi everyone!, I hope someone can help me, I tried to upgrade my system with 2 new ram sticks (8GBx2) (2666 / XPM 3200) (Model: XPG Z1 DDR4), the problem is:
-I tried to boot the computer with the 2 new sticks and the pc was in an infinite loop of booting, BAD.
-Next, I tried again with 1 NEW...
