Nice build buddy. If you want more power go for GTX 770 or wait until 8000 series come out. Just be confident and wear a metal wrist band or just have something metal to touch and you will be fine.

Your PC is good in my opinion i have a 5870 and i will wait until AMD releases 8000 series so i'll see which GPU is better for the money. But you got SLI so i think you are good.
