You have a really decent system, and I'm envious in some ways. (my own system is 5 years old, and I'm screaming...
Your PC is good in my opinion i have a 5870 and i will wait until AMD releases 8000 series so i'll see which GPU is better for the money. But you got SLI so i think you are good.

Yeah... 2 560 Ti's in SLI is still pretty strong. I think you would be wise to skip the Kepler cards and get a Maxwell architecture (800 series) card as your upgrade. There's nothing wrong with Kepler, it's just that you got a high end Fermi solution very close to Kepler's launch that should stay valuable until Maxwell releases.

Here is your processor against the best i5 on the market..

I'm not sure whether I'd wait until Steamroller or Excavator to upgrade your CPU.

Yes, your system is potent, and with the 560ti SLI I'm sure your pumping out nice FPS.
Saying that, and purely from an objective point of view. For newer games, like FC3, Crysis 3, and BF4 if your playing beyond 1080p, your gonna be pushing the limits of vram, if you haven't already. BF3 at 1080 uses over1.2gb of vram. So maybe an upgrade to a GTX760 2gb would stop a potential vram bottleneck, and give you decent playability in those newer title.
But it's not a necessaity, just an option.

No, your current CPU is very close in performance to 8350, besides those changes won't come into play for about a year, I think. It would be best to get the Steamroller or Excavator 8 core when they come out. The 8350 still doesn't perform quite like it should in Crysis 3.

As you can see, they minimum FPS for Crysis 3 on the 8350 is lower than it ought to be. I imagine those details will be smoothed out with the next architecture, but it would be worth it to wait and see if that article is correct.
