Update: I think I've found the culprit, Looking at my PSU specs it's rated for 860W @ 12V However, it is also rated for 125W @ 5V, 25A. While sitting idle my pc is somehow consuming 140W, 28A across the 5V pins. While I have found the problem, I am uncertain how to fix it. Any suggestions?
