My internet connect is dropping every hour for about 20 seconds, just noticed its like it never skips a beat, always at x hour and 54 minutes. Im connected wirelessly.

The psu is juuust enough to power my pc, so i had to lower the gpu frequency a little bit for it to run properly. im gonna get my new psu and ram soon, and when i get new ram i will also reinstall windows, if this error still happens, im going to get a new graphics card instead of a cpu

Also it seems it gets worse when i open something like a pop up menu, like the shop on league of legends

Im having a weird problem where i turn of my pc at night, then the next day when i start it up it is fine, but if i play a video game its gonna crash 100% of the time, restarting it does not work, only if i hard reset it. What could this be
