Well, I just tried a VGA to DVI-I adapter into the video card and it worked. No idea why, but I'll leave this open in case anyone wants to explain for future inquiries.

Tested outside the case via both the power button and the "screwdriver to the pins" method and no dice. Must have shorted the motherboard...New one ordered, lesson learned. X_X

Hm, looks like that's the one test I missed. Will attempt that this evening and check back in.
