My uhhh, Sata ports are missing in my windows, and I have three raid controllers with broken versions

It's no longer working. I got it to boot once with the, No battery method, Now It wont boot again.

I took and left the cmos battery out and it booted, I'm currently EZ flashing it, but it isnt downloading the latest bios, the server is downloading 6/21/19's version

Bright white light, followed by yellow light, followed by red light, and it cycles

Okay, now 3/4 lights in the LED INDICATOR are going off

Not literally hot swapping, that was a bad choice of words, I turned it all off, ground my hands, disconnected the cpu cooler, took the cpu out, swapped cpus, applied paste, plugged the cooler in, screwed it in, and booted. I did nothing more, and, it failed to post

It wont post with the old cpu anymore

Bios was updated the 5th, Should I go to my old cpu download it, flash the bios, then do it all again?

Would have to have been a month ago's version, I didn't flash since I updated the motherboard two or three months ago max
