I would go with the EVGA but it requires a rebate to be $319, so I think the MSI is a good idea. A more popular and reliable company. One last question: With the msi gtx 770 will I be getting 40-60 FPS with max settings on games like AC Unity, Shadows of Mordor, and Dragon Age Inquistion?
