Hey, I am having the exact same issue. Did you find a fix? I also have a RM850x, which I thought was the issue. I replaced it for a new RM850x, and I am still occasionally getting reboots. No BSOD.

I replaced my PSU with a new one of the same model. Has been working for 3 days without any reboots.

I have not tried without XMP, but I would have to take at least a day or two to get back to you as a reboot happens 0-2 times a day.
