I checked to make sure cpu pins were straight and clean, reseated. Redid thermal paste. Nothing still

Changed out the cooler in my computer, and the thing starts up but won’t display to my monitor via hdmi or dsp. Tried swapping the old one back on and got the same result. Tried ram switch, gpu swap, checked pins on cpu, reseated cpu, hard reset bios, really every solution I could find and no...
