    Killer Network not working! :(

Still haven't found the issue but I purchased a USB to LAN adapter and it's working fine now. A lazy alternative, I know, but saves the hassle of having to buy a new motherboard is that was the issue. After my exams are over and I have some free time I might try the Linux thing, as I would love...

    Killer Network not working! :(

Hiya, I turned my PC on last night and was greeted by having no internet connection and there being a red 'X' next to the ethernet symbol. I know this isn't an issue with my router as my laptop and phone are connected to it just fine, and I have tried two other ethernet cables so the cable...

    NAT Type/Changing router settings

Hiya, I figured out a way to change my NAT type on my PC but it means I have to go into the router settings on my browser and go from there. However, I am currently at university which I presume is the reason I cannot get onto the router settings - because it's a shared router. Does anybody...

    iPod dock - Android Phone

I have a set off really good speakers but unfortunately they only have a lightning dock and no 3.5mm input. Is there some sort of adapter or other way I can play music from my Android Phone?

    GTX 660(Non TI) or a HD 7870?

7870 is the better card anyway, plus it overclocks great, so you can squeeze out even more performance!

    Cooling for CPU

For £80 you can get a kick-ass cooler! I recommend the NH-D14. From personal experience, it's an awesome cooler! http://www.scan.co.uk/products/noctua-nh-d14-dual-radiator-x6-heat-pipe-quiet-cpu-cooler-with-2-x-fans For £65 it's as good as those high end watercoolers, and runs much quieter...

    Buying this tonight, need opinions

If you're SLIing your card in the future you'll need at least a 750w PSU to do so.

    Buying this tonight, need opinions

I would personally just get one 250gb SSD, that should be plenty big, and just get a storage mechanical hard drive for your documents, music etc. Other than that, your build is dead on. The case is quite big for a single GPU set up - maybe take a look at the Phantom 410 instead? Awesome build...

    Cores on the i5

This is the case with mobile i5 chips that are present in laptops etc, but in a desktop they are a true four core. The i5 will perform better that the 8350 in games. Stick with the 3470 - it's an awesome CPU and outperforms the 8350 even if it's overclocked. Dont' waste the money.
