I feel like it might have something to do with windows 11 and the Amd drivers. Maybe try rolling back to older drivers for the time being and wait for a new version.

Maybe try to reset your bios. Or update your bios. And if that doesn't work, try doing a clean windows install without carrying anything over. Copy important files of course (game saves, photos, projects, etc.)

Try going back to the old bios version and try with your old cpu. If that works then try it with your new cpu with the old bios.

Doesn't seem like a power issue since the computer stays on and doesn't shut itself off. Might just be a faulty graphics card. You could maybe try to get it replaced with warranty since it's a fairly new card.

I mean like not a beige Noctua fan. RGB doesn't matter as long as it can be turned off.

Sounds like a hardware issue then. Do you still have warranty on your card? Maybe you could get it replaced.
