But aren't AMD CPU's inferior to Intel. And won't upgrading to a 63xx or a 83xx just hold off Skylake until later ? I mean isn't it better to just buy Skylake now and stay comfortable for the next 2-3 years till Kaby Lake or Cannonlake ?.

Something I think may be important, My monitor resolution is 1280 X 1024. Do not turn this into a monitor upgrade thread. I have no current plans to upgrade my monitor as of yet.
