Ethernet connection problem

Hello I have a connection problem

My computer is connected through a router.

The router is working fine.

I have looked through all the solutions
and have tried everything

Network troubleshooting says there might be a problem with the driver for the ethernet 4 adapter.


I am using a m5a97 le r2.0

Router is a d link dsl-2730u

The ethernet cable is connected to my motherboards ethernet port.

Please help

go to device manager and look under network adapters, let us know whats there

There is only a Realtek pie gbe family controller

And by the way the router is working fine.
