Question How to get faster WiFi output from USB-C to Ethernet adapter

How could I get my Surface book 2 to increase Wi-Fi speed when connecting to an Asus GT-AX11000 Pro through an USB C to Ethernet adapter? Right now it only receives at approximately 300 Mbs but it sends at 940 Mbs. Is there any tweaking available to be able to utilize the maximum WiFi speed?

Can you go into Device Manager and pas son what you're seeing as the wireless adapter for your Surface Book 2?

Check to see if your router is pending any firmware updates. To add, see if manually uninstalling and reinstalling the wireless adapter's drivers helps alleviate the issue.
