I have exactly the same problem with similar model. Adapter works fine, after pressong ON button on laptop, the ring lights on. Cooler starts spinning. Leds on laptop case shows power is on and battery charging. Then usually after 20-30 minutes laptop starts itself. And everything is fine then...

I had exactly the same situation with 4 Lexar SDXC and SDHC cards. Some got refund from retailer and one waiting me to contact with Lexar. Strange there is no solution for fix those relatively new cards.
