I found the problem. I some how bent two pins on the cpu so I straightened them up and it works fine now.

So I recently built a computer with the help of the friend and the computer was all fine. But the stock cpu cooler sucked so i installed a new one yesterday. I turned the computer on and everything in the case lit up and was running well put my mouse and keyboard didnt work and didn't light up...
