I used a new install of Windows 10. Games run fine from what I've played so far. Only have Witcher 3 installed. 70 fps in towns on ultra with hair works off. 3900 mhz.

I just put in a Cryorig H7 cooler on my AMD fx 8350 and CPUID HWMonitor says the temp is jumping around between 12c and 20c idle. I tried other monitoring programs and reinstalled HWMonitor but they all say the same thing. Whats going on? Can I fix this?
