Idle temperature is 12c.

I just put in a Cryorig H7 cooler on my AMD fx 8350 and CPUID HWMonitor says the temp is jumping around between 12c and 20c idle. I tried other monitoring programs and reinstalled HWMonitor but they all say the same thing. Whats going on? Can I fix this?

12-20 degrees C is very cool, there is nothing for you to fix. Unless you feel that the temperatures are getting measured improperly. Is you question based on that you think 12-20 C is too hot?

No I want a correct reading.

Have you tried to measure the temps while under load? Make sure all of your drivers are up to date especially BIOS.

It's not correct. BIOS shows 36c

Many temp readings are way off at idle.
12C is basically impossible unless you are sitting in a walk-in freezer.
