First we would like to know your current CPU to get an idea of how worth this updare is going to be, for you. Between those two CPUs, the less expensive i5 6500 will be a good idea, if gaming is the main priority.

You can find GTX 950 for 129$ on newegg,but your best bet is to keep your current GPU and wait for new series of GPUs

Check warranty informations of the used gtx 960 and if it is working normally.

If it's USD, GTX 950 it is. In your case though,i would just wait for new comers, looking promising.

It is 100% ok, just double check the heatsink is seated in properly.

Unless you are also going to edit/stream etc.. It's a little waste for a gaming PC. I7 6700K would do no good than a i5 6600k in gaming, 1000G2 is also overkill,even if you SLI the card in future. But speaking of how good the PC is, it's pretty nice build for 1080p and 1440p
