Sorry I forgot to mention that I did that, I did that and it booted up everytime until the graphics card.

Turns out it's my GPU, I tried putting it into a different PCIE slot and it did the same thing. The only other thing I can think of would be the PCIE cables.

I have tried all of those aswell. My cpu temps dont go above 41 And my gpu temps hover around 55

When I turned Vsync off, I could be at 200 frames and all of a sudden im at 90. Or on deathmatches I cant get over 150fps, but most of the time it would be at like 100.
