Well for all the tests you run, if its a faulty CPU you could have an answer by listening to speaker beeps, if that don't work out I assume its faulty MOBO. I had a a similiar problem with a Asus z97 PRO GAMER. I RMA board and all good so far.
Thats to expensive unless I found a good deal I don't want to expend more than 85€. I was thinking is something like

I just calculated you PSU Usage and it seems your PSU might be struggling to give enough power and then shutsdown your PC, I suggest you to try with a 650W PSU

Hello guys, I have a i7-4770 non-k and a Asus Z97 Pro gamer mobo. I'm looking to buy a 2x8GB=16GB ram ddr3 at 2400mhz.
If i buy that ram and enable XMP it will run at 2400mhz?
Any problem if I buy the RAM that is not listed on QVL?!
