Try 1st to reset BIOS to Default/Optimized settings to see how will it go. If it stays the same try to update BIOS, maybe something is wrong with the current version of the BIOS and it is pushing too high VCore voltage

Lower your DRAM voltage to 1.35 Volts, at 1.5 it is too high. You will damage your RAM. And use XMP profile for rated RAM speed not the one from the motherboard.

Ryzen R5 1600 is a same 65W chip as 1300x so it should be any problems there even with 1600x you still on the safe side since your whole system doesn't pull many watts.
