anyway gpu does not draw significant amounts of power in bios so even pcie itself can power it in order for gpu to be recognized, and we definitely know that psu is able to power at least pcie and 8pin vga because 6600 works, btw rx 7600 xt does not light any lights when not powered with top 2x8...
