Just a quick update, got my replacement board last friday, put it together over the weekend, and all fans are working fine. Still don't know what is the actual problem, but my suspension fall in lines of BIOS bug (corrupted my fan controller? if such term/thing exist). Peace out

Tried with two different fans and still has the same problem. There's nothing wrong with the orignal fan, as i plugged into the case's fan controller header and works. However, by doing that I lost the ability to automatcially control the fan's rpm, which is the feature of sabertooth I paid...
