For now, I have a GTX 750ti with an HDMI 1.4a port. I'm in the market for a new monitor and was considering the Asus XG258Q. I know the 1.4 spec on the GPU wont do 240Hrz. BUT, I'm wondering if I'll get the 144hrz that the 1.4 spec does put out if connected to a 2.0 port on the monitor? Thanks!
