And for those who are wondering, the PC is a HP Compaq 6000 Pro SFF.

So I have a 240 psu which is really horrible. To add to that, the pc I have is a small form factor, so a new psu wont fit unless i put it outside that case, which would probably aggrivate me. I currently have a core 2 duo in there, and I would like to know if i can upgrade to a core 2 quad q9400...
